About Me
I am a licensed professional counselor candidate in Colorado under the supervision of Scott Boyd, MA, LPC, LAC. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Houston and my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from St. Edward’s University. My primary therapeutic approach is existentialism, viewed through a person-centered lens. Additionally, I may incorporate other modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), somatic experiencing, narrative therapy, attachment theory, and mindfulness to best support my clients' needs.

I am a therapist who is neurodivergent (ADHD), a gamer, and part of the LGBTQ+ community who is passionate about nerdy pursuits as much as I am about helping my clients through their mental health struggles. I shared this information to let you know I am human, just like you. We all struggle sometimes and need help, including with our mental and emotional well-being. This is where talk therapy, also known as psychotherapy, can be beneficial.

Therapy is a dedicated space for you to process your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, working towards healing and overall wellness. If you choose me as your therapist, I would be honored to accompany you on your healing journey. Together, we can address your mental health challenges, strive toward your goals and objectives, and kick-start your healing process.
